What You’ll Need Before You Start

To make case submission smooth and avoid delays, have the following ready:

• Digital scans (STL files) from your intraoral scanner (don't have a scanner? Please let us know and we will provide you with one).

• Clinical photos:

  • Full-face (smiling and relaxed)

  • Intraoral (front, right, left, and occlusal upper/lower views)

• X-rays (if available): panoramic or cephalometric.

• Patient details: name, DOB, contact information, and consent for treatment.

• Notes on treatment goals: patient’s concerns (e.g., crowding, spacing, bite issues) and your preferred approach (reduced IPR, minimal attachments, etc.).

Having these prepared upfront ensures your case can move quickly through review and into production.
