Submitting your first case with bitesoft is simple and designed to give you confidence every step of the way. Here’s exactly what to expect:
Step 1: Log in & Start a New Case

Log into the bitesoft Partner Portal.

Select “New Case” from your dashboard.
Step 2: Add Patient Information

Enter the patient’s basic details (name, DOB, email).

Upload diagnostic records (intraoral scans or impressions, photos, and X-rays.
Step 3: Define Treatment Goals

Outline the patient’s key concerns and desired outcomes.
-
Indicate preferences such as reduced IPR, minimal attachments, or aesthetic considerations.
Step 4: Upload Records

Ensure all photos (front, side, occlusal views) are clear.

Upload STL files (if digital scans) or note if you’ve sent impressions.

Include any additional supporting files.
Step 5: Clinical Review

Our orthodontic team reviews every case.

You’ll receive a treatment plan with annotated PDFs and (if needed) a short video explanation.
Step 6: Dentist Review

Review the proposed plan.

Approve instantly or request modifications before proceeding.
Step 7: Patient Approval

Once you’re happy with the plan, bitesoft sends the treatment plan (3D simulation + overview) directly to the patient.

The patient must approve the plan before aligner production begins.
Step 8: Case Goes to Production

After patient approval, bitesoft covers all lab fees.

Aligners are manufactured locally and shipped directly to your clinic within 5–10 business days.
Step 9: Patient Monitoring

Patients are onboarded to the bitesoftMonitoring™ app with their ScanBox.

Refinements are included at no cost and covered by bitesoft (as long as patients remain compliant with scans and on track with their protocol).
