How Treatment Plans Are Reviewed & Approved

Every bitesoft treatment plan goes through a structured review process to ensure safety, predictability, and efficiency.

1) Orthodontist Planning

• After you submit a case, our orthodontic team designs the plan from your scans, photos, X-rays, and notes.

• The plan includes staging, attachment placement, IPR (if needed), auxiliaries, and predicted outcomes.

• You receive a PDF summary explaining the rationale.

2) Dentist Review (with optional 1:1 ortho consult)

• Review the plan in the portal and either approve or request modifications.

• Need to talk it through? You can book a 1:1 video consult with an orthodontist directly from the plan page for tricky decisions (e.g., IPR amounts, staging trade-offs, aesthetics).

• Any feedback is submitted in-portal for quick turnaround.

3) Patient Approval

• Once you’re happy, bitesoft shares the 3D simulation and overview with the patient for final sign-off before production.

4) Final Sign-Off & Production

• After patient consent, the case is locked.

• bitesoft covers lab fees; aligners are manufactured and shipped to your clinic in 5–10 business days.

Key point: You retain clinical control. If you want another set of eyes, the 1:1 ortho consult will always be there. Fast, practical, and documented in the case notes.
