1. Patient Acquisition & Pre-Consult Screening
Bitesoft drives demand directly to your clinic, you don’t need to market or chase leads. Every patient goes through a bitesoft pre-consultation first, ensuring only suitable cases are referred. This saves your chair time for high-value patients who are ready to start treatment.
2. Digital Scan at Your Clinic
Once the patient arrives, you capture a digital scan (or impression). This is uploaded into the bitesoft portal, forming the foundation of their treatment plan.
3. Orthodontist Treatment Planning
Our orthodontic team reviews the scan, photos, and X-rays. A treatment plan is created with a 3D simulation and PDF summary, some cases also supported by video explanations.
4. Dentist Review & Approval
You’ll review the plan in the portal. If needed, you can request modifications. Once you’re confident, you approve the case for the patient to view.
5. Patient Approval
Bitesoft shows the patient their 3D simulation and treatment plan. Once they give consent, production is green-lit.
6. Aligner Production & Delivery
bitesoft manufactures the aligners in the USA and ships them to your clinic within days, not weeks.
7. Treatment Kick-Off & Fitting
You fit the first aligners, place any required attachments or IPR, and educate the patient on use and compliance.
8. Monitoring with bitesoftMonitoring™
Patients scan from home using the DentalMonitoring app. Our clinical team reviews every scan and only escalates to you if intervention is needed, keeping chairside time to an absolute minimal while ensuring safety.
9. Refinements if Needed
Refinements are free for patients, provided they are compliant with scanning. This dramatically reduces refinement rates, since patients want the guarantee and follow instructions. Dentists never pay for refinements.
10. Treatment Completion & Retainers
Once alignment goals are met, patients are issued retainers to keep their smile in place. Treatment concludes with a final check, either in-clinic or virtually.
