Do I need to find my own patients?
No. Bitesoft handles all marketing and patient acquisition. You’ll receive pre-qualified patients who are already committed to starting treatment.
Who creates the treatment plan?
Our orthodontic team prepares each treatment plan and a bitesoft Orthodontist will review all cases. You’ll receive a detailed treatment plan. You then approve or request changes before aligners are produced.
Do I pay for lab fees or refinements?
No. bitesoft covers the lab fees, and refinements are included free for compliant patients. Dentists are never out of pocket.
How quickly do I get paid?
Once a patient commits to treatment, bitesoft pays the clinic within 48 hours. There’s no financial risk or waiting.
What’s expected of me chairside?
You’ll complete the initial exam, deliver aligners, handle IPR/attachments, and manage any escalations flagged by monitoring. Bitesoft takes care of everything else.
What if a patient no-shows?
Patients pay a deposit upfront during the e-consult. If they no-show, bitesoft covers the no-show fee to protect your clinic’s time.
How are refinements handled?
If a compliant patient needs refinements, bitesoft provides them at no cost to you or the patient. Compliance is tracked through bitesoftMonitoring™ and viable under our guarantee.
What support is available if I need help?
You’ll have access to 1:1 video consults with orthodontists, live training webinars, and our Provider Hub library of resources. Our support team is always available for questions.
