Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: Bonded retainers are exclusively available to patients who have completed their aligner treatment through Bitesoft.
Clinic Availability: This service is only offered at select Bitesoft-partnered clinics.
In-Clinic Scan Requirement: To ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of your bonded retainer, a post-treatment digital scan must be taken at an eligible clinic. This is included in the total cost.
No Remote Service: Bonded retainers require in-person fitting and bonding. Remote or mail-in options are not available for this product.
Refunds & Adjustments: Once your bonded retainer has been custom-fabricated and delivered to the clinic, refunds are not available unless due to a manufacturing defect or clinical error.
Oral Hygiene Responsibility: Patients must follow provided aftercare instructions to maintain retainer hygiene. Bitesoft is not liable for oral health issues arising from improper cleaning or maintenance.

Once your treatment is complete, you’ll visit a clinic for a quick scan to ensure the retainer fits precisely and protects your results for the long term.
How long will I need to keep my bonded retainer?
Bonded retainers are often intended for long-term use — sometimes indefinitely— to prevent teeth from shifting. Your dentist will advise when or if it should be removed, based on your unique dental stability.
Can I still floss with a bonded retainer?
Yes! Our bonded retainers are designed to be hygienic and allow you to floss using regular floss. Just be gentle and make sure to clean carefully around the wire to keep your gums and teeth healthy.
What happens if my bonded retainer breaks or comes loose?
If your retainer becomes loose or detaches, contact us as soon as possible. Delaying repairs could allow teeth to start shifting, affecting your treatment results.
