What if I mess up all of my Impressions?
No worries at all - If you mess up your impressions, we’ve got you covered. Once you’ve made your aligner payment, we’ll send you a free redo kit so you can try again with confidence.
If you’d prefer to have a scan done at one of our clinics instead, please let us know and we can book an appointment. The cost ranges from $100–$150, depending on the location.

What if I am not a candidate for clear aligner treatment, will I be refunded?
Of course! You shouldn’t have to pay for something that doesn’t work for you. We’ll refund the cost of your impression kit.
Can I return my kit if I change my mind or purchased by mistake?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on the Impression kit due to hygiene reasons.
