10-Year guarantee on your tooth position

Aligner treatment:

• We’re committed to helping you achieve your best possible result. As part of our Treatment Guarantee, we’ll provide additional aligners (if medically appropriate) until at least 95% of the predicted outcome shown in your treatment plan has been achieved.
• To qualify, it is essential that you wear your aligners for a minimum of 22 hours per day throughout treatment.
• You must notify us within 3 days of completing your final aligner if you feel refinements are needed. Refinements must be organised within 14 days of finishing treatment — otherwise, additional fees will apply*
• Use of your ScanBox and Dental Monitoring app is mandatory. You must scan every two weeks, or as notified by our team. If scans are missed, we will be unable to provide complimentary refinement aligners and charges will apply.

Tooth position with retainer:

We guarantee both the durability of your retainer materials and the long-term stability of your final tooth position — once your post-treatment retainers have been purchased.

To maintain this guarantee, the following conditions apply:

• It only covers teeth held in position by a Bitesoft bonded wire retainer or a regularly updated plastic retainer (every 6 months).
  
• You must maintain regular and thorough oral hygiene and dental care.
  
• If your plastic retainer becomes damaged or brittle, or if your bonded wire becomes loose, you must notify bitesoft immediately.
  
• Retainers must be worn for at least 8 hours every night following your 6-week passive healing phase — indefinitely — to retain your results.
