Is this a game of chance?
No. Rewards are pre-allocated before the campaign begins. Every eligible aligner order receives a Ticket with a guaranteed reward. Only one pre-allocated Golden Ticket covers a full treatment at $0. No draws or giveaways.
Who can take part and what are the key dates?
Residents of Australia or New Zealand only. Campaign runs 14 Nov–1 Dec 2025 (Australia/Brisbane time).
At-Home: purchase your impression kit by 1 Dec 2025 and return the kit and complete payment by 15 Dec 2025.
In-Clinic: enquire and pay to book your initial assessment by 1 Dec 2025; complete full payment within 2 weeks of receiving your treatment plan.
Which purchases qualify (and which don’t)?
Eligible purchases are bitesoft Clear Aligner treatments only. Purchases of impression kits, whitening products, BitePops, or oral-care accessories alone are not eligible.
What payment steps are required to qualify?
You must complete full payment or activate an approved payment plan before aligner dispatch. (For in-clinic, full payment is due within 2 weeks of receiving your plan.) Eligibility applies once your treatment is approved and payment requirements are met.
When do I receive my ticket and what does it include?
Tickets are included with aligner deliveries only (not with impression kits). Each eligible order receives one scratch-to-reveal ticket for a guaranteed reward; prize quantities are pre-allocated for the campaign. There is one pre-allocated Golden Ticket for a customer, which covers a full treatment.
