Are Impressions as effective as digital scans?

Rest assured that neither is better or worse than the other. Impression moulds for clear aligners have been used for years and are just as reliable as digital scans. Both options produce the diagnostics records that enable an Orthodontist to review your teeth and create a custom treatment.

What if I am not eligible for at-home treatment?

Unfortunately sometimes not everyone is suitable for at-home clear aligner treatment. If after Orthodontic review your teeth are deemed not suitable, we will refer you to our closest BitesoftPro clinic.

What payment plans are available?

Pay in bites with our interest free payment plan. Repayments come to as low as $57/ fortnight with no credit checks and no deposit. You are able to pay the plan off early or in lump sums with no fees attached.

How old do I have to be?

To be eligible for treatment you need to be at least 13 and have lost all of your baby teeth. Anyone under the age of 18 will need parental consent.

    What if I mess up my Impressions?

    Our Impression Kit gives you 2 chances to do your top and bottom impressions. However, if you do end up running in to a problem with your impressions, we’ll send out another kit. If you are worried about doing your impressions, you can always contact our care team for additional tips!

    How long does it take to get my Aligners?

    After we receive your Impressions and you've finalised payment of your aligners your treatment plan will take 5-7 business days. Once you have approved your treatment plan your aligners will take approx 3-4 weeks to be fabricated and shipped to you.
